Refunds, Returns & Damage Policy

At Print Lab It, all products are custom made to order based on customer specifications. Please review the following policy carefully before placing an order.

Change of Mind

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not accept change of mind returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed and production has commenced.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Incorrect size, colour, wording, or design approved by the customer

Personal preference after receiving the product

Orders no longer required

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds or exchanges are not offered for custom-made items, except where required under the Australian Consumer Law or where the product is received damaged.

Damaged Items

We will only accept claims for items that arrive damaged.

To be eligible for a replacement or resolution:

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order

Clear photographic evidence of the damage must be provided

Your order number must be included in all correspondence

Damage must not be caused by misuse, incorrect application, or normal wear and tear

All claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
