Products & Services

All products sold by Print Lab It are custom made to order based on customer-provided specifications. By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided (including spelling, sizing, colours, and designs) are correct at the time of submission.

Proof Approval

Where design proofs are provided, it is the customer’s responsibility to review and approve all details before production. Once approval is given, Print Lab It is not responsible for errors not identified by the customer.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full before production begins. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our products, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once production has commenced.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, designs, logos, and graphics, is the property of Print Lab It and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

By submitting custom designs, logos, or artwork, you confirm that you own the rights or have permission to use the material and indemnify Print Lab It against any intellectual property claims.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Print Lab It shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.

Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
