About this policy

Print Lab it! respects your privacy. This policy explains the personal information we collect when you browse our website, place an order, make a payment, or contact us, and how we use and protect that information.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, order details, selected product options, gift message, enquiry details, and any other information you choose to provide. Our website may also collect limited technical information needed for security, performance, and operation.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Square. Print Lab it! does not receive or store your complete card number or card security code. Square handles payment information under its own privacy practices.

How we use your information

We use personal information to process and deliver orders, communicate about purchases or enquiries, provide customer support, prevent misuse, meet legal and accounting obligations, and improve the operation of our website. If you enter your details and proceed to payment but do not complete the purchase, we may use limited checkout information to identify an abandoned checkout and follow up internally. The temporary abandoned-checkout record contains your name, email address, selected items, and order value; it does not contain payment-card details and is deleted after it is checked.

Service providers and disclosure

We may share only the information reasonably required with providers that help us operate, including Square for payments, delivery carriers, website hosting providers, address-search services, and form or email delivery services. Some providers may process or store information outside Australia. We do not sell personal information.

Website storage, analytics and advertising

The website uses browser storage to remember the contents of your shopping bag. We also use Google measurement tools and the TikTok Pixel to understand visits and shopping actions, such as viewing a product, adding an item to the bag, starting checkout, and completing a payment. These services may use cookies or similar technologies and receive limited browser, device, page, and event information. We do not send complete payment-card details to these services. TikTok and Google handle information under their own privacy practices.

Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access or disclosure. Information is retained only for as long as reasonably required for the purposes described above or to meet legal obligations.

Access, correction, and complaints

You may ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern, by using our contact form. Please provide enough detail for us to identify your request. We will review and respond within a reasonable time.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our information-handling practices or legal obligations change. The current version and update date will remain available on this page.
