About these terms
These Terms of Service apply when you browse this website, contact Print Lab it!, or place an order. By using the website or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.
Products and availability
Many pieces are made or prepared after ordering. Product availability, colour choices, materials, prices, and designs may change without notice. We may limit quantities or decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, a pricing or description error has occurred, payment cannot be confirmed, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the affected amount.
Product information and handmade variation
We take reasonable care to describe and photograph products accurately. Because products are individually made, minor differences in finish, texture, layer lines, placement, or dimensions may occur and are not necessarily faults. Screen settings and lighting can also affect how colours appear. Nothing in this section limits your rights where a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law.
Customer selections
You are responsible for checking product details, dimensions, colour selections, quantities, spelling, delivery information, and other choices before submitting an order. Contact us promptly if you make a mistake. We will try to help, but changes may not be possible once production or dispatch has begun.
Prices, promotions, and payment
Prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Shipping and optional extras are added at checkout. Promotions are subject to their stated eligibility and expiry conditions, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may not be combined unless expressly stated. Payment is processed by the payment options made available at checkout, including Square and eligible Afterpay transactions. Third-party payment providers apply their own terms, eligibility checks, and privacy practices.
Orders
An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order; it does not require us to accept an order affected by an obvious error, unavailable product, failed payment, or suspected misuse. Ownership of products passes to you when full payment is received. Risk passes on delivery, subject to rights and remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
Processing, tracking, estimated delivery times, international charges, and delivery responsibilities are explained in our Shipping Policy. Change-of-mind exclusions and remedies for damaged, faulty, or incorrect items are explained in our Returns & Refund Policy.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified.
Independent products and intellectual property
Print Lab it! is independently owned and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or licensed by any designer brand referenced through an inspired style. Website copy, original photography, layout, graphics, and Print Lab it! branding may not be copied, republished, or commercially used without permission, except where permitted by law.
Acceptable website use
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security or operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape content at scale, make fraudulent purchases, or use the website in a way that infringes another person’s rights or breaks applicable law.
Third-party services and links
The website relies on third-party providers for payments, delivery, hosting, address search, forms, and other functions. External websites and services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party content or services except to the extent required by law.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Print Lab it! is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Where liability cannot be excluded but can lawfully be limited, it is limited to the extent permitted by law. This clause does not affect rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia and the applicable Australian state or territory. We may update these terms when our services, practices, or legal obligations change. The current version and update date will remain available on this page.
